Letter of Transmittal, Client Deliverables
This is a formal letter of transmittal accompanying the final deliverables, event flyers, press releases, and outreach drafts, prepared for our client. I wrote it to formally present the completed work, summarize what was included, and close out the client consultation project on a professional note. The original audience was the client representative, who needed a clear summary of what was being handed off and how to use it. The piece demonstrates business writing fluency, audience awareness, and the ability to handle client-facing communication with tact and precision, exactly the kind of correspondence used in healthcare administration when delivering reports, audit findings, or compliance documentation. Rhetorically, I used standard business letter formatting (To/From/Date, salutation, signature block) to signal professionalism, structured the paragraphs logically from purpose, contents, usage instructions, and gratitude, and held a courteous, collaborative tone that reinforces the client relationship rather than ending it transactionally.
